West Bank areas: 20 shekels.
Jerusalem: 30 shekels.
Inland areas: 70 shekels.
Free shipping: For all orders valued at over 2500 shekels.
Note: Our service is limited to product delivery and supply only, and does not include installation service.
Exchange and Return Policy
Because we care about your satisfaction, we allow you to exchange products in specific cases:
Replacements are made within 3 days of receipt, in the event of a clear manufacturing defect or malfunction.
To complete the exchange process, a clear picture showing the damage must be sent immediately upon receiving the product.
Essential condition: No product will be exchanged or returned without the original carton, all its attachments and manuals, and in its original condition.
We are committed to providing high-quality products, and the warranty is subject to the following conditions:
The warranty period ranges from 6 months to a full year (depending on the type of product shown on the invoice).
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and does not include defects resulting from misuse or incorrect installation.
Wood stoves: The warranty does not cover the glass of wood stoves (because it is heat-resistant glass designed to withstand high temperatures, and any breakage is considered a result of misuse or external impact).
External appearance: The warranty is void if chemical materials are used to clean the greenhouses that cause discoloration or damage to its external coating.
